The ECC is a great venue for your next Birthday Party. Parties can be booked at the ECC whenever the center is not being used for other community programming. Space is limited and bookings are taken on a first-come first-served basis, so please book early to avoid any disappointment.
Parties usually last for one and a half hours with one hour of activity or games and 30 minutes for food, cake and favors. You can also choose to have the ECC’s expert staff organize and host your party for you. You can select from a range of theme parties. (See Below)
Party Prices
There are two types of parties that are possible at the ECC:
Basic Party Plan:
Members: $225; Non-Members $275
The ECC basic party plan includes:
- Room Rental (1 1/2 hours)

($10 for each additional child)

Members: $150; Non-Members $200
- 1 1/2 hours in an ECC room with tables and chairs only (no food or supplies)

Backyard Parties
Having a party at your house and need some entertainment? The ECC now offers Backyard Parties! Two trained party coaches will pack our ECC Van with any sports equipment you want and come to your house for one hour. The party coaches can organize a variety sporting activities and are guaranteed to “bring the party.” This service is available to residents living within 30 minutes of the ECC.
This Party Includes:
- 2 Party Coaches
- 1 hour of sporting fun
- Any sports equipment requested

Destination Parties
Looking for something a little different for your child’s birthday party? Try our new Destination Parties, where will take your child and up to 11 guests to one of the locations listed below! These parties are for children 10 years old and up! You can drop your child and guests off at the ECC or we will pick you up at your home if you live in Easton or Fairfield. The party starts the moment the ECC Van pulls in, fully equipped with two enthusiastic party staff that will make sure it is a fun-pack day! Each party is detailed below, as well as add-on options for the party.
Please note that waivers may be required to be signed by parents at drop-off. Parties should be booked 3 weeks in advance.

CoCo Key Water Resort in Waterbury, CT
Cost: $500.00
Includes: 4 hour party (with travel times and 2 hours at CoCo Key, add an extra hour for only $50), Dry snack and drinks
Option 2:
Go-Karts at On Track Karting in Wallingford, CT
Cost: $600.00
Includes: 4 hour party (with travel times and 1.5 hours of racing), Dry snack and drinks

Destination Party Add-Ons
