The major objective of ECC STREET SOCCER is to give players an innovative non-stop, fun filled opportunity to enjoy soccer in the winter months…This is soccer but not as we know it!!
The ECC has formulated a game that encourages fair play and promotes enjoyment of the game.
However, there is always a need for rules, organization and procedure. We have attempted to keep these to a minimum to enable a smooth flow of play.
Quick Overview
There are 4-5 players on the field at a time and rosters must consist of 6-8 players (no player can be registered with more than 1 team). There are no off-sides. Goal kicks are passed into the field of play by the GK or another team member. The games are 2 x 10 minute halves with a running clock. There will be a 2 min half-time. A substitution can be made at any time. Penalties take place from the defending 6-yard line and are an open shot on goal.

Not for long because this five week conditioning course will help you build core strength and understand how your body works. Each class provides a different perspective on everyday conditioning and body movement. Jumping jacks and push-ups are boring and ineffective. Every week there will be different exercises that improve flexibility, power strides, and twitch muscle reaction. The curriculum combines isometric and plyometric concepts with strength and resistance exercises that will be beneficial and give every athlete a huge advantage for their age group.
